"Before talking to John, I knew nothing about insurance besides the fact that I just needed to have needed it. He helped me through the whole process explaining what my policy options were and what they entailed and how each one would benefit me. He showed me how bundling is cheaper, I now get a lower car insurance rate. I went from paying $337 A month on just car insurance to $155 On vehicle insurance, life insurance and renter insurance. John was very personable, patient, knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions in a way where I could have a better understanding which took away all the previous anxiety I had about the whole process of switching off my family’s insurance and moving out and getting my own. I recommend John to anybody looking to get insured especially those who know nothing about insurance yet. He will walk you through the whole process and at the end of the conversation you will be set free of the stress of the unknown knowing that he looks in your best interest. Like a good neighbor. I originally gave this office 5 stars, but unfortunately I’ve been reconsidering that rating due to my recent experience.

I’ve been trying to adjust my coverage since I’m out of town and leaving my car in the garage. Today was the third time I called about this. Instead of listening to what I needed, Ally transferred me—before I had even finished speaking—back to Tyler. This has happened repeatedly. Tyler has told me multiple times that he would call me back, but he never did.

Being transferred without being heard felt very dismissive and rude. I have been with this State Farm office for about six years, and I don’t feel I deserve to be treated this way after being a loyal client for so long.

At this point, I’m seriously considering moving my account to a different agent or possibly canceling my policy altogether. I’m not interested in continuing to do business with an office that does not follow up with clients or take the time to listen to them.

When my account was first transferred, John was amazing and made me feel valued as a client. Unfortunately, it’s clear that the current team does not share the same level of customer care that he demonstrated.

After reading the great reviews I decided to give it a try... John is a wonderful agent, I knew it since the first time I spoke to him over the phone and confirmed that when I met with him at his office to discuss about changes in my policy. He spent a lot of time answering my questions, going over my policy information, and explaining me my options. I wish every sales person was like him, he will rather be honest with costumers and he won't try make money lying to them or hiding charges and things like that. He really cares about costumers and knows how to do business. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
